El Anjuman needed a multi-purpose facility that could provide classroom, office and worship space to be placed on a recently purchased property in Chantilly, VA. The customer was pleased that all 3 needs could be met in one modular building. The building was over 5,000 s.f. and was installed on schedule.
USMGE worked with the customer, performing a thorough needs assessment. A collaborative effort was then made to design a floorplan that met all of the requirements set forth by the customer. USMGE acquired permits, delivered and installed the building on a permanent foundation. The foundation was completed while the building was being manufactured at the plant. USMGE also was responsible for all mechanical and electrical work on site as well as steps, decks, and ramps.
El Anjuman was pleased the USMGE completed the turnkey project that met all their needs. A modular building was their answer!
