A major international construction firm contacted USMGE in January of 2013 about supplying 13,000s.f. of modular buildings to be used for swing space while they renovated a government building in the Washington, D.C area.
USMGE visited the site and engineered a set of modular buildings that would accommodate the customer’s needs and fit on the site. Each modular building was engineered to fit the needs of each of the government departments that would be occupying them. The buildings were manufactured at a plant in Georgia and shipped to the site. Two weeks after the buildings arrived on site they were ready for occupancy. The buildings will be occupied for 2 years while the contractor completes the renovations.
The contractor is one of the biggest and most successful firms in the country and they trusted USMGE with this difficult and time sensitive project.
