A major Washington, D.C. general contractor was in need of a modular building as part of the renovation of an AMTRAK storage yard. USMGE was the successful bidder on the project. USMGE then completed the drawing package for permitting.
The building was manufactured in Georgia and shipped to the site in Washington, DC. USMGE was responsible for a turn key completion of the job, which included building the foundation, decking, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage work.
Despite difficult site conditions including crossing railroad tracks and a confined building site, USMGE completed the installation in a timely manner. The building will be used for maintenance personnel and management.
