Standard extras on our Elite Series Units include mansard-style roof trim, stained wood siding, spacious half-bath, commercially carpeted floors, recessed diffused fluorescent lighting, coffee bar sink, bronze tinted windows, French doors, and more.
In addition to traditional modular construction services, USMGE offers hybrid construction services. Hybrid construction techniques combine site-built construction that expands on the capabilities of modular construction. Typically hybrid techniques are used to maximize the utility of the building or to add a desirable feature to the structure, like two-story lobbies or rooms with ceiling heights greater than 10 feet.
Hybrid construction can be performed at time of initial construction or anytime post project completion.
