Railroad Maintenance Modular Building Installed at Washington, D.C. Rail Yard

A major Washington, D.C. general contractor was in need of a modular building as part of the renovation of an AMTRAK storage yard. USMGE was the successful bidder on the project. USMGE then completed the drawing package for permitting. The building was manufactured in Georgia and shipped to the site in Washington, DC. USMGE was responsible for a turn key completion of the job, which included building the foundation, decking, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage work.

USMGE Provides 13,000 s.f. Government Swing Space in Record Time

A major international construction firm contacted USMGE in January of 2013 about supplying 13,000s.f. of modular buildings to be used for swing space while they renovated a government building in the Washington, D.C area. USMGE visited the site and engineered a set of modular buildings that would accommodate the customer's needs and fit on the site. Each modular building was engineered to fit the needs of each of the government departments that would be occupying them. The buildings were manufactured at a plant in Georgia and shipped to the site.
