Hybrid Construction

In addition to traditional modular construction services, USMGE™ offers hybrid construction services. Hybrid construction techniques combine site-built construction that expands on the capabilities of modular construction. Typically hybrid techniques are used to maximize the utility of the building or to add a desirable feature to the structure, like two-story lobbies or rooms with ceiling heights greater than 10 feet.

Hybrid construction can be performed at time of initial construction or anytime post project completion.
